Show Me Your Springs
My new wheels just arrived and I am in need of lowering springs. I am not looking to "slam" the car, just give it a nice stance/ride with excellent handling. Any pics or input on your lowering springs would be appreciated. Will post pics of the rims soon cause i've been getting a lot of requests.

I don't have anything yet, but everyone seems to be getting the "Eibach" pro kit. This is good but not slammed lowering springs. The "slammed" look is the "Eibach sportlines".
BMR also sales some lowering springs, but not as low as the pro kit.

Here's a pic of my "slammed" 35th for measure. Eibach Sportlines:
It was low, but I never had a prolem with rubbing or speed bumps. Of course, I didn't exactly go 35mph over them either.
The pro-kit is VERY popular. I've also heard good things about the Hotchkis set up. Steve, "the bling man" had them on his 2000 SS. Drop is about 1.25" after they settle. Just a little less of a drop then the Pro-Kit. Good luck with whatever you choose.

It's true... but only becuase the front wheel wells on the 4th gens are actually taller than the rears, so it appears that way. Quite a few people have cut a 1/2 coil off the front with good results.

Hey Steve I cant really tell from the picture but do the hotchkis springs give you a good stance...higher in the back, lower in the front, because I really don't like how the pro-kit sits.
