These would be great options also...copied from AI's website
"High Mileage Grinds
These are a few of the grinds we commonly run with OEM GM "Yellow" springs & other light beehives. They are very mild - like the OEM GM cams used in solid stem LS1/LS2 valve applications. Paired with high quality beehive springs like the PSI MaxLife, Manley Nextek, or PAC 1518 the spring change interval is typically 50k+ miles. These are normally run on 112-120° lobe separations.
•Ai 210 / 222 - .554" / .545"
•Ai 214 / 222 - .565" / .545"
•Ai 223 / 232 - .560" / .570

the 113 lsa is giving it the chop. if that cam was ground on a 115 it would idle smooth.
The cheatr v3 has too much split imo...unless you plan on sticking with stock manifolds and y. That cam is designed for exhaust restriction. Your best option would be to call ai tell them you are interested in a high mileage grind, I would suggest the 214/222 or 223/232 on a 115-116lsa.
Also the tr tru torq 1 would be a good choice, 219/224 on a 115lsa, although it has more agressive lobes than what I listed above. You need to check springs every 10k mi and probably change them by 25k mi. samething for any .600+ lift cam...
the "old man cam" from tr would be a good daily driver cam also.
