Default Shorter fuel line solenoid to nozzle

Installing a basic wet nozzle kit. Just curious what you guys have seen running a shorter fuel line than the nitrous one. I have a bunch of lines and was looking at doing a 6" longer nitrous than fuel, instead of equal length to help with lean spike. This will be tested out, just trying to find a good startin point.

You meant to say 6" longer nitrous line right? My nitrous line is double the length of the fuel line. Some say it helps with the the lean spike.

yup longer nitrous line then the fuel.

however this is only a fix if you dont have a fuel pump. My lean spike was fixed when I did the racetronix kit. However my nitrous line is 3 times the length of my fuel, but my fuel is only 3" long.

duh, longer nitrous line.

Im running racetronix kit and a 4an fuel line so I dont think I'll have any lean spikes with equal length lines.

Where are you getting your fuel from fuel rail/valve?
If you getting it from the rail ,the injector closes to the valve will always will be starved .
Think about it.

in theory i can see what your thinking. however in application this is not the case. you would have to be at the extreme limits of the pump to supply the needed pressure and at the extreme limits of what the fuel rails could flow.

As stated above, taking fuel for a wet kit off the rail doesnt starve the #1 cyl injector for fuel, except in maybe an extreme case, where the pump cant keep up with the motor and the nitrous. There is a few guys pulling fuel for a 250+ shot off the rail with just a 255 pump, so i dont see it being a problem.
