It should work. I've seen a guy at a show with a 92mm on a 102mm. Granted I don't know if he had problems installing it, but from my knowledge it should bolt right up. I could see where some other not so reputable TB's may not, but I would assume a FAST and NW would. The guys who's didn't might have taken the cheap route and located a different brand online...idk

NW 92mm wouldn't fit my lsxr... There was a gap on the bottom... Went with a NW 102 problem solved... Maybe the fast 92 has a bigger flange.... Or I cant install 4 bolts properly lol...

According to thunder racing and vengance racing's websites the nick williams 92 and 96mm should fit.. As the nick williams is the only throttle body I see listed on vengances site as a optional throttle body

this is what you get when you install a nw 92mm tb on a fast lsxr 102.... unsure if i should try ans use silicone to seal it or not.

Silicone seal, should work. You are not supposed to use silicone seal inside the motor because it can (and will) break loose and can clog up the oil passages, but I don't see much risk here.

That is exactly what mine looked like... I am sure you could get a piece of aluminum plate and cut is out as an adapter....OR Weld and aluminum bead across the bottom and mill it flat again....

I am sure you can "make" it work just decide which way is easiest...

Call Vengance and see how they are getting it to work.. I just don't see it there are only 4 screw...No way to really change the install...

Maybe they are oblonging the mounting hole??

Silicone may work but I don't like the idea of it.... Give it a shot it would be easy to do....

oblonging the holes would throw the vmax velocity ring and the tb off.... i did knowtice the fast 92mm has a lip at the bottom unlike the nick williams as seen in said pic below... shame tho.. id 100% rather have a nw than a fast tb. I have heard of some failures.
