gauge mounting options...? post some pics!
Going FI, and need a spot for fuel pressure, boost, and a wideband. been searching around and it seems that the triple pillars are ****. And i hate the look of gauges in the vents. Kinda wanna see what you guys came up with for custom mounting gauges. Post pics if ya got em! if all else fails, i guess ill have to buy a shitty triple pillar and hace the **** out of it to get it to fit

Another suggestion to make your own.
Use a 3 gauge pillar pod, lay it horizontally so the gauges sit above the radio bezel like they do in the viper.
Remove your stereo and put gauges there.
Run the speakers off a 4-5ch amp in the hatch and run a amp remote , aux input port to the
dash (this is what I plan on doing).
You can take the amp out on track days.
I don't know much about FI, but see if you can use the scanguage OBDII gauge. It shows tons of data. Again, I'm not sure if you need to see all 3 of your gauges data all at once...

Im in the same boat as you. limited on options in the trans ams.
dynotune makes these nifty little square digital gauges. fit perfectly inside the factory gauge cluster. you just need to make a little 1/2" 90 degree braket to mount. I have my Wideband done this way. Thinking of puttng another on the right hand side of cluster. You can still see the other gauges behind it when mounted.
Sorry this is best pic i have on computer at the moment.

This looks pretty cool IMO.
Keeps the vents functional and you can throw a LED strip back there so it works as your shift light (if you are m6?).

Well since you asked for pics of options heres pod I made to mount my nitrous/fuel gauges they are mech. so kept outside also is in view in front of me(mounted so needles should be at 12 when active) and has armed light also for nitrous. I always liked the old hood tachs and this was my spin on it and we use the air (wife more) so wanted to get away from vents.don't know if helps but thought I'd put up. good luck!!!
