Default 98+ WS6 style 'predator hood' on LT1 - which brand?

I would like to get a 98+ style WS6 hood for my 95 T/A. I like how they look and the functional ram air would be a nice add on also.

I searched and found a lot of threads discussing these, but most were old and have pics/links that don't work anymore.

From what I've read the suncoast creations predator style hood and the APM WS6 hood seem to have solid reviews, but some say the fit isn't good. Can anyone comment on which hood is the best quality? I also saw the Trufiber WS6 II hood which is cheaper, but I prefer the look of the other two hoods.

If anyone has any experience with these hoods or other brands I didn't mention please let me know how you like them and if you would recommend them! Pics would be great too!

I vote the VFN version - its more sleek and the openings are sharper and blend better. Notice how the scoops are almost verticle on the suncoast hood?

The more I look at the hoods the harder it is to tell what are actually differences in the hoods and what is just in the pictures.

Does anyone have some better pictures of any of these hoods?

98+ WS6 hoods only look good on 98+ firebirds. Looks horrid on all others. I vote LT1 style WS6 hood.

I tend to think the opposite...to each their own.

That looks good...is it fiberglass? Maybe a warbird hood. Did those grills come in it or did you put them in?

I think I've settled on the hood www.usbody.com sells. Looks good and a decent price.

With a formula front bumper, I think the Suncoast Predator hood looks freakin mean as hell
