Built my boys a Club House

I took the weekend off from working on cars to get started on building them a Club House. They have been doing very good in School so far so I figured I would do this for them...

It is a little over 6' tall, the decking it 12'x12', the inside area is 8'x12'. I left them a 4'x12' front porch area for them to hang out on.

I still have to get the windows, doors, siding and roofing. Hopefully I can get most of it done throughout the week.

thats freakin awesome, i always wanted one when i was a kid. i'll definitely make one when i have kids.

Tell us the truth Chad, you built that for yourself so you have a place to stay when you make the wife mad. Smart man, lol. Looks good, I think the kids will enjoy, I know I would, even at this age.

That's what I told my wife. I never had much growing up and I don't have too many memories with my Dad since I lost him when I was 15. I want to give my kids all I can and give them many memories of their childhood.

Its going to be Bad *** when done. It's just hot as hell out side...

Sorry, not every Dad out there is a POS...

I'm going to run power and put a ceiling fan in there. I have a window unit we used for Hurricane IKE I can put in there. My light bill is high enough so I do not know if it is going to go in on the back side.
