Lq9 with 243 ? My current motor has a dead cylinder so it's time to find another shortblock. I'm running a 01 ls1 shortblock, cnc ported 243s milled .030, and an eps 226/234 598,601 113+2. I can pick up a lq9 for a decent price but don't want to find new heads. I'm lookin for an estimate of the static and dynamic compression ratios. Will the cam work without fly cutting? Pump gas?? I did search but couldn't find a clear answer.
