I believe it is for a stock rack by the look of the mounts...and the upper and lowers are all the same so they will work...as far as a motor plate I'm not sure I haven't felt with that before but I don't see why it wouldn't work...I'm gonna text the other guy who posted first and see what's up...if it falls thru ill let u know
