I need some help with buying some umi shocks and springs. I want some type of on car adjustable shocks. What type of springs for dd but also drag racing and hard turns?

It sounds like you are looking for a shock best for everything. In this case we recommend a set Koni shocks. I would speak with Sam Strano and look at his packages.

I just install a set of Strano springs/Koni 4/4 shocks and a UMI PHB. Sam would be a good place to start. He also carries UMI products.

I have not had it aligned yet so I don't have much seat time. Just around the block a few times. The alignment will be done on Wednesday and then I can really get it on the road. Yes, I did Strano springs and the Koni 4/4 shocks. The 4/4's are fully adjustable on the car. I edited my previous post to make it more clear.

No. Sam advertises about 1.25" drop with his springs. All cars are different, so it varies. I will wait to measure my drop after it settles. The rear looked lower right away. The fronts are a little lower and will drop more once they get some miles on them.

If you want stock height, we'd stay on stock springs. But you'd get a huge benefit in handling with good shocks and sway bars even on stock springs (which really don't handle badly all things considered).
