Interested in 4k cash and a beater DD that gets great gas mileage?
If so: Its 1993 Eclipse 1.8L 5speed
Not the 4g63, its a 4g37 - basically the 'honda' motor of DSM's. They last forever, are slow as hell, but you can practically weld the hood shut.
Theres nothing wrong with it at all aside from passenger cv shaft clicking which I'd fix if you are interested.
It has 180k, runs fantastic, super quiet with new exhaust work. Body is semi-rough. Has some dings / flaws / some rust. It's a beater, what can I say. Has A/C that works great, incredible heat. It had horrible clear coat peel on roof and trunk which i painted black with plastidip, same thing with the new bumper I put on since old one was missing a chunk.
It's super reliable, everything works. I'd be willing to even drive it if you're interested.
