Default Need input on grill work

I'm looking to install a new grill and did a search in the archives for ideas. I know there are good vendors out there like afterthought autos but would like to get some suggestions on the best look without worrying about money(Wish that was for everything!!).

My car is a white 99ss hardtop with highly polished fikse fm10 rims. I don't know if I should go with the mesh grill and hood vent or some other design. Unfortunately, I haven't seen many examples in person but if anyone could give me input on what would go best with this type of setup that would be great.

Which grill are you talking about the one in the hood or the front bumper. I like the billet look myself.

Billet is ok but mesh is where it's at. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Poltergeist, I remember seeing your car when I did a search. Do you mind if I ask who is the vendor who did the work?? That looks pretty sharp.

The one that's in there is the 3rd try at doing it. It's changed a little since this picture but I haven't had time to get any updated ones.

Beautiful car, Tapout! Very well thought-out and executed. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

As far as grilles are concerned, I too like the billet grilles. I'm also a big fan of the SLP SS grille. With the SLP piece priced at $260, though, I plan to go with a Stull Black Billet grille for half the price of the SLP.
