Evo ran pretty good. Why did he brake early in the last race? You can see him scoot out about a car and then hit the brakes.

Probably because of the extremely short gearing in Evo's.

hahah...cuz someone was about to get their ass handed to them. That Vette on the gas was starting to grab and pull on the big end. :nod:

No doubt that evo pulled a car before he hit the brake. It just seemed odd because I doubt was going into 4th or 5th gear in that run.

At that power level depending on the turbo the evo should be trapping low 130's. what shot was the vette on?

Would've been nice to see that last race dragged out a little longer to see if the Evo would've keep pulling or if the Vette would've reeled him in.

90% sure i would have reeled him in pretty quick, the only reason he jumped out so far was because i completely blew the tires of when it hit.

I'm 100% sure you would have. I've raced many Vette's and the gearing + aerodynamics really makes it hard for an Evo to stay out in front, especially if the Evo tries to keep pulling in 5th.

I could hear the rpms and the car not moving forward. You could tell your car was spinning hard.

Yeah me too. I'd expect the vette to take him on the top end, but it would be really cool to see how long the evo could hold him off. Good runs regardless. Both cars are pretty bad ass.
