The longer Im on this forum, the more I respect "outside the box" thinking... While that lighting mod isnt something I would do, I like the originality of it... These cars need some kind of update in the lighting department anyways....

I have plans to do a "different" drl mod on my camaro, but nothing nearly as out of the box as that TA, I will say the TA looks a little ricey...
my plans are to get a billet front grill, sand it and spray it satin black, then mount some individual waterproff smd leds behind the grill to give it that high end look during the day/night, but they are completely hidden when turned off

I think it would look better if it was only 1 strip of LEDs on the fin/divider on the Trans Am bumper instead of the 2 strips in that video.
Maybe remove the existing amber markers and make the LED strip the Turn Signal & DRL with WHITE DRL and flashing AMBER signal.

Listen its ok to go outside the box but it has to be done well.the car in the video looks like cheap jap crap. Member qcon i think is his name did something like this but it was very well done.and it flowed with the rest of his car.just to put them on a stock ta would be a fail, would be out ofplace

I thought about a version of this, but under the lid of the head lights...you wouldn't be able to see the LEDs but light would show under the lid...just a thought when I get bored or something.
