Default I sprayed for the first time

The kit is a nos ls2 wet plate kit going into my fast 90/90. Mods are in sig really nothing. I have an msd window switch digital, fast wiedband you can monitor 2 sides in dual mod, fpss, bottle heater and dynotune bottle pressure switch set to 950,and a purge. The window switch is set at 3k and 5900. I made 2 pulls and both when the nitrous engaged the car like lost power and then came on but not too hard it didn't impress me. This was all on 100 shot. The jets if I remember right where 31f and 55n. Both pulls I data logged and it dipped into the 10's but never went into the 12's it was about mid 11's. I'm just curious what anyone has to say. I have never been in a car with spray before so I don't know what it's supose to feel like. Is it safe to run a 125 on the stock fuel pump and tr6's?

When u say it lost power but came on did it sputter then the nitrous hit? If thats what it did u had air in the line still but from the sounds of it it could be something else. Maybe aomeone else with more experience on nitrous could chime in and help. As far as the stock fuel pump I wouldbt spray it anymore until u put a walboro 255 in it to be on the safe side. That was the first thing I did b4 I bought a nitrous kit. Plugs are alright but everyone has there own opinion on that. I like to run the br7 but like I said alot of people have there own opinions on that.

If the AFR dipped into the 10s it might be a lil fat on the fuel side. You can try going down a size or two and see if it going away

More data needed. Which kit is that? My 125 shot is 57/31. AFR in 10s, too rich. Make it mid 11s. What is your spark set to? Post a picture of your plug for the experts to look at. TR6=NO, BR6EF=YES. Close the gap way down to around 0.030"

A 100 shot is enough to wake you up. It should lay down 100more rwhp or there about. Also, is the nitrous coming on at all? Sounds like you got a few bugs to work out and then you'll be jetting up soon. : )

When the nitrous hit it was like sort of a delay I guess you could call it. I will be refilling the bottle today and then hitting up the dyno today to work out the bugs and see what's going on.

Shoot for 11.8 on the airfuel. If its rich put a smaller fuel pill in. Get rid of the tr6 and go to BR7EF. Purge the air out of the main feed line. Pull about 6 degrees.

Your probably on the line of what the stock fuel pump can do.. Get a racetronix system.

agreed with above if you plan on going to 150 shot and then later to a 200 you really need to upgrade your fuel system at 150 shot wet you might be ok but any higher you would need injectors and fuel pump. Get your A/F if your going to put your car on the dyno and see what the a/f is, since your doing the dyno today.

Yea I am in the process of the fuel pump and injectors I figured I wouldn't hurt anything with the tr6's on just a hundo shot but when I do get the br7efs what should I gap them to? Ohh I also forgot to mention I have a stock cat back.

I can understand upgrading the fuel pump but why the injectors?? You dont have any major motor mods (according to your sig) and your running a wet kit. Gap the plugs around .030"

A 100 hit pulls pretty hard, but don't expect it to peel your face back, like it does on TV

Yea so the dyno never happened I was going to go but I was working in the garage, so I let the car idle and the bottle warm up so I could check the bottle pressure. I had the car running for nearly an hour and the pressure never once hit 900 so maybe and hopefully I just had a bad fill. Unfortunately I work and then go to school, so Saturday I'll be filling the bottle and making some nitrous pulls.

If u plan on staying with nitrous ditch the bottle heater and buy a nano system and be done with it. Never have to worry about bottle pressure again.

i plan on going with nitrous outlets plate kit why not use a bottle heater isnt pretty consistent and whts the difference about a nano kit reaching bottle pressure...?
better than a bottle heater

From what I have personaly experienced with a bottle heater I could only get 3 really good consistant passes out of on a full bottle . After that my car would come out of the hole fine but atart to fall on its face on thw big end because of the bottle pressure wouls start to drop. With the nano system it keeps the bottle pressure the same all the time no matter how hot or cold it is outside. U dont have to worry about bottlw pressure drop during a run and u can get way more paases out of a bottle

But if bottle pressure is to high on a hot day u can lower it by using ice packs or the supplied chill blanket. Forgot to mention that

Dynoed the car Monday at 1:30 in the morning made some nice power. On motor it made 314hp/339tq and on the 100 shot it made 442hp/497tq, it still had the lean spike upon the initial hit. I went home slept for 2 hours and was off to the track rental. Best run on motor was 12.33@112 1.71 60' on a 100 shot it ran 11.80@114 1.67 60' letting off due to the big gears. I didn't rev it past 6k because it's a stock motor, which is also part of the problem. I was running on 275/60 15's m/t drag radials and they hooked really good. I was pretty sick so I only made like 3 passes and my friend took care of the rest, both of the fastest times above were from him lol. Yesterday we were convinced that the fuel line was too long causing the lean spike so I was only may to get my car and I was going try a couple different size fuel lines. I get a call "did you ever change the fuel filter?" of corse I didn't. Long story short that was the prob. I can't wait to get to the track and spray it out of the hole without the bog. Well just for all the Newbs out there Change Your Fuel Filter!!!!!! Lol
