Suspension experts, I really need your help.
I have now had my car aligned 5 time in 6 months at a cost of over $300 and my car is still pulling right. The last guy that did it finally told me what was wrong. Apparently the threads on the roto joint are not long enough to be able to thread out the joint far enough to get the caster right. He took a good look at everything to make sure nothing looked bent, and from what he can tell nothing is. I don't know what else to do. He got it as far as he could with enough threads to feel safe, but it still pulling. What else can I be looking at replacing to get this fixed? I have UMI lower a arms and Strange D/A shocks, everything else is stock.

I don't think that will help much. Something is out of whack making it impossible to get it lined up right.

He can get the drivers side in spec, but not the passanger. He can't even get it to the green with enough threads left to be safe.
Ramey, the car had the arms on it when I bought it and has always pulled. I just got the new rotos to replace the old poly bushings and was trying get it strait.

ok just looked at the sheet, are the lca's adjustable, and are the relo brackets bolt in or weld in? thrust angle is a little high, and also the toe is favored to the right which will cause it to pull right, where are you taking it to be aligned? have you tried sitting in the car during the alignment?

First of all, the slight bit of caster he cant get in the green wont cause the car to pull, second if the front k member is factory it has caster adjustments on it already, so that plus the roto joint on the control arms should bring it in spec, also the thrust angle WILL CAUSE the car to pull right so if the rear lcas are adjustable you need to fix the thrust angle to help the problem as well, but I also saw that the front toe was favored to the right side as well. Sometimes all in the green isint right, a good alingment shop will get the measurments right, not just put it in the green!
