Default Suspension lowering combo question.

I have Hotchkis springs which lowered my car 1". I want another .5 drop to no more than another 1" inch for a total of 1.5 to 2" and curious if these arms will meet my goals?

This will lower your car 1-inch in addition to the 1-inch your car is already at. So that means a total of 2-inches - beyond your goals.

Damn dude, you got a customer wanting to buy one of your more expensive products and you totally turned him away...geez

OP, UMI sells some aluminum shock spacers that will raise the front roughly a half inch for like $20. Combine those with the A-arms BMR doesnt want you to buy and you have the ride height you want without losing ride quality.

As said in the email earlier, we sell a .5-inch shock spacer to add .5-inch to your ride height for $39.99.

SA002 - Shock Spacer

Or I could have lied to the customer and told him it would be perfect, but that's not how we do business.

I am assuming you are talking about motion ratio which does come into factor here but it is very minimal.

We don't just sell parts to a customer to make a sale, if a customer inqires about a part we feel is not well suited for what he is looking to do we will tell him that. I don't care how much the part is or if it will cost us a sale. In this situation the customer wanted a 1.5"-2" lower ride height setting over stock with the Hotchkis springs we are on the very edge of what the customer is looking for, if he wanted to go that route we also informed him that we could sell him the shock spacer which should put him exactly where he wants to be. I have already been in contact with this potential customer and have given him some options that will give him the ride height he is looking for.

Sounds like BMR rep was providing excellent customer service to me. They now have my future business from this thread by not just trying to rip off a customer on what he wasn't looking for. Pull that stick outta your bum vinR1.

Your customer service sucks to say the least and you know d!ck about your own product. Besides providing useless information, being a complete a$$hole towards and in front of potential customers, and stalking and bad-mouthing Sam Strano in practically every other thread, what is it exactly you do for BMR?

You came in this post to start trouble and nothing more. Your post clearly shows what you are about and your intentions. I am not here to battle you, Sam, or UMI for that matter. I think we were honest with the customer and provided him with all the information he was looking for. I have corresponded with the OP and answered the questions he asked.

Where have stalked and bad-mothed Sam? I think it is quite the opposite honestly.

I have seen you and Sam in multiple threads at each others throats.
