370 or 408 ?
Looking to do a Single turbo setup, hate to buy a forged crank and not go stroker. Will a 408 make more power and be just as dependable as a 370 or is it a must not to go stroker with a turbo. Would like to do Trickflow or afr 225 9 to 1 comp and maybe a PT88? around 15-18psi would love to hit 750-800 RWHP if possible i'll be using truck manifolds on the setup also. any input appreciated

Almost all engine builders will tell you shorter stroke= more reliability. But if your going to buy a forged crank and what not, you should check this out

It's an in between of your two choices. I bought this engine and I'm planing 1000rwhp.

What would the HP difference be between the 370 and 408 if everything else was equal(amount of boost, heads, etc)?

Turbocharger will dictate power, not the engine size. Engine size will affect spool and how the power is delivered, but there will be negligable difference to overall power available
