Default dmh cutout installed w/remote keyfob opener

Got my cutout with keyfob opener installed before putting her away for the winter. Love this thing!

That's freaking awesome. I saw a guy with a C6 at a local Cars and Coffee who had one, made me want one so bad!

That's great and all, but when would you ever be outta the car (running) and want to open/close the cutout?

Or be out of the (running) car and have the keyfob??

Again, not hating. Just wondering what the use for this is other than novelty

DMH rubs me the wrong way..

That, plus universal installation, and not hacking up your interior to put another button.

As you said, its pretty much just a novelty. I also have the button inside the car to open and close, but as mentioned, you do not have to install the button inside if u dont want too. btw, keyfob comes with lobster claw clasp so its easy to take off keys and take with u.

Very cool. Stinkynuts. Im right there with you on DMH. Dave (who is the owner boss and fabricator) has had my cutouts since june and my buddies since july. Everytime one of us calls he says how he been super busy and this that and the other. Realisticly he fills his new orders and puts his 4yr warranty orders on the back burner. I don't want to say dave isn't a nice guy because he is. Hell he bought a 2006 goat after I let him drive mine one day. Its just ridiculous that it takes this long to get warranty work.

As for the remote opener where did you get that. If I ever see my caps again I think I might make an addition.

Call Dave for pricing. If you already have his cutout i believe you can just purchase the fob and transmitter.

I know exactly what you're talking about. My current DD came with one. I've had to send it in several times. Each time it takes longer and longer to get it back. When i call he's all like "THAT'S where they put it" "i'm gonna have to fire somebody" or "It'll be shipped out TODAY". Seriously it took over 4 months to get my cutout back, calling every week.
Protip: Don't sell a crappy product with a 4 year warranty..
I think a middle school class could engineer a better quality cutout

QTP NEVER had any problems. Maybe time for an UPGRAYEDD!!
