The paint on the truck is an epoxy primer which I did myself. That being said it was my first paint job and the bed turned out pretty good, but a few days later when i painted the cab I had some gun issues so the cab didn't turn out so good, it has some runs in it and is really splotchy.
I think this truck would make an awesome tow rig with a new set of gears (still has stock 3.08's ) and some helper bags.

As for the A/C it would need the whole system. In order to keep the A/C on the 6.0 in the stock location you have to notch the front of the frame to make room for it. If I could go back now I would have went ahead and notched it. The way it sits now the A/C comressor would have to be mounted up high, there are aftermarket kits to do this or some people build them on their own.
