Default contacting iForged?

Anyone have any ideas on how to contact iForged? Over the last 2 weeks I've called 3-4 times and sent an email a week asking about purchasing a set of hoops. I have recieved no responses or calls back...it's quite frustrating.

Or if anyone knows of a place to purchase hoops outside of iForged please let me know.

You'd likely be better off looking for a distributor and going through them.

iForged's customer service has never been known to be stellar.

When I was interested in Iforged I contacted a rep for them named Steven Lin I believe by email. He was quick to respond at first than I never heard back. Nineball is a dealer for Iforged, Id hit him up.

Why would you want to order from a place that you can't even get a hold of. No thanks.

^^^good point but when you're going for a certain look or particular wheel you can't compromise sometimes, better to use a vendor and let them deal with it but in his case he's trying to order replacement parts
