That GTR rolls, especially considering there's really nothing done to it. I don't think anything can beat the sound of a uncorked C6 though, probably would be quite a bit closer if the Vette driver could shift a little faster.
Thanks for sharing, awesome video as always.

Don't GTRs dyno in the 420 range?
So surely thats not whp.
I thought that a C6Z was a good run for a GTR in a roll race stock for stock.
Assumed that the GTR had those mods...and some more, lol.
Or the vette was more stock?
Could be wrong.

I'm not exactly perfectly up to date on how fast all these new cars are, but I was thinking the same thing?

The GT-R makes 530whp. Its modded with an intake exhaust and tune. The LS3 car has an eforce on the stock motor so I would assume the car makes 500 to 550whp boost alone. The Corvette is a vert too so you can put some more weight on that too. Bottom line, anything can happen on the street.
Didn't know it was a diesel aha.

Its a turbo car. They gain a lot of power from a tune when the boost is increased. Also to the guy saying that the GT-R is sandbagging the most he can make on stock turbos is 600whp and that's only if he's on race gas or E85. He would have to have more than an intake and exhaust to make more than 530whp.

That GT-R rolled out. I fell asleep between the Vette's shifts though. You absolutely have to be on your game against a GT-R with how quickly it shifts. Even if the Vette does make more power, the GT-R's momentum advantage with those shifts cancelled it out and then some.

And then you just confirmed what Im saying. I bet he's boosting higher than the 530whp. I bet he was at or about 600WHP.

No. With the mods he has he's not going to be pushing higher than 530whp on pump gas. Mofobucs was there so he would know what fuel he was on. Also the guys running 600whp have front mount intercoolers, injectors and quite a few other bolt ons that his car doesn't have. You can't just throw in E85 and make 600whp.
