Interior work
So, I finally got around to a little project I've wanted to do for a while. I painted my console and dash parts. I know many of you are groaning at the mention, but I think it can look good if done right (no bright red, yellow, etc.). I used base/clear polyurethane I had for my other car - town car. I like the way it turned out. The existing plastic was faded into different, clashing shades of gray and green. Ugly ****.

Looks nice,Like juicestain said paint around door handle and controls. Also paint around the guage bezel to complete the look. I have all the interior parts painted in my car and I get all kinds of compliments at shows.Looks much better then dull plastic.IMO

I hear ya.. I've been doing some minor interior work myself. Black plastic with tan carpets and tan door panels. I'll post pics when I get a chunk done. I need a dash mat though. Can't see **** out of the windshield when the sun is on it. And I haven't armorall'd it in quite a while either.
