Buy it back? Why in the world would you do that?

Borla fits pretty well, I have installed about 5 of them over the years on 5 different LS1s. Unless you modified it and told him it would fit.... it is up to him to make it fit or re-sell it.

it makes no difference. It just requires some massaging once it's been installed on another car.
