ARP head studs...did you use teflon sealer.

No teflon but use moly for the threads.
The result of this will either be a higher than recommended bolt tension (hopefully) or stripped threads in the block (not good)
You may notice that the standard GM bolts have a plating on them. I am guessing that this is not only to provide corrosion resistance, but to also lubricate as the threads are being assembled in give the correct K factor for the GM recommended torque setting.
