Default stupid question but i donno what supercharger i have

I know this sound bad but i bought a procharger but it has turned out to not be a procharger i do not know what brand it it..there are no tags on the charger.just a number.will post pics.i need to know what brand so i can buy the brackets

nope ,not a vortech, a G trim anyways. Was it supposed to fit an ls car?

I know right!!lol.Well,the dude told me it came off a 5.0 mustang,.......But he said that it was a vortech procharger stage 4.So i dont think he really knew what the crap he was talking about.lol.

Figures... I honestly cant say what it is. My friend has a 94 gt with a vortech on it and thats not one.

It almost looks like the raptor supercharger that 928 motorsports sell. It may be a Paxton... old model perhaps?

If it was me I wouldn't even bother trying to make it work on anything, it doesn't look all that great of a blower.

Pull the pulley and front cover to see if there is a drive belt in there. Wouldnt that be a good way to determine if it was a Powerdyne or not? It actually does look like a blower for the old 5.0's given the output is turned 90 deg and toward the rear of the engine.

We use to be big on 5.0s , I had a procharger on mine,but what you have looks like a paxton,its prehistoric though lol, that is more than likely the first series they ever made lol

Haha,thanks man.ill take it apart and see what i have.tbe guy swears its a vortech vr4.but i told him its not so idk.and did i get it cheap.....lol.no,thats the last time i buy anything without researching first.it was 400 bucks.
