***Texas Mile Update!!*** Anyone that wants to keep updates on whats going on please feel free to add to this thread.
Late Model Racecraft just went 233mph on first shakedown pass. This is currently the quickest pass of the day.
Going to try and make one more run today on the same boost level to get more data and then turn it up tomorrow.

AMS went 221mph (new GTR record with mid boost still !!!)
ART Viper went 213mph
Heidaker Ford GT TT with Accufab Racing engine 228mph. (I think 2nd pass on this car with new setup)
Looks like LMR still the fastest with 233mph 14psi
I wanna see 24psi

You could say the same for for a lot of cars... There has almost always been a headwind at the mile so that should just be considered part of it. The wind was actually mild today.

I'll post updates tomorrow afternoon. The wind will not be "as big" of a factor at the previous events, but if you have personally been down Beeville, it does have its bumps besides the transitions.

I was laughing. The ART guys were bragging saying they were going to hit 270mph. In a Viper with dirty aero? I don't think the guys saying this were experienced land speed racers.
