Default how do you measure valve reliefs in cc?

Hi everyone! Hope someone here can help. Im trying to figure out my compression ratio. I'm using the compression calculators and know all the measurement except the cc on the valve reliefs. Stock factory flat top piston but I flycut the intake and exhaust 0.100 for the valve reliefs. Is there a formula to calculate this? the motor is together and heads are already installed. hope someone can point me in the right direction. Using pcr stage 2.5 5.3 heads milled to 59cc, ms3 cam. Motor runs good as have enough ptv clearance to safely rev her at high rpm. just need to know my compression ratio?
