I just finished a kit with 4" and it was a little tight, but nothin tough. For the 5" downpipe I am planning on v-banding the pass side manifold to get it higher

Dr gas oval pipe would be best for the tight areas.

mine runs out the passenger side. have a BMR turbo k-member, but honestly the builder hugged the block so tight, it probably would have cleared a regular tubular k-member.

ill try and get some below shots later.

I don't have any pics of the pass side manifold but it does have a small pipe welded on and then the v band. Gives more room under the manifold for the dp

By the time that you account for the ID's of the 3" pipes and friction losses, you are at just about the same surface area as a single 4".
