I never had a baseline done when I was stock, but with the bolt-ons in my sig and a tune I'm currently sitting at 345 rwhp and 360 rwtq through an A4. My exhaust is 3" from the header collectors back too.
With what you have listed, I'd guess somewhere around 330-335 rwhp if you're an A4, or 335-340 rwhp if you're an M6. That's with a good tune though. If you can afford it, I'd add in a ported throttle body, lid, and an underdrive balancer for some extra ponies.

A lot of guys will tell you that a cam's streetability is all in the tuning. This is true to a degree, but for a DD it's hard to go wrong with a smaller off the shelf cam, something in the range of a 224/224, 224/228 or 228/228. Or a lot of people on here run the TSP Torquer V2 (232/234) with pretty good streetability.
Streetability is hard to measure though, because it's going to be mean something different to each person.
Spend some time looking through the Gen III Internal section and do a few searches. I'm planning mine for later this year too, and researched a while, listened to videos and stuff, and I'm personally looking at the TSP 228R for streetability right now. It's a good middle ground cam for our cars. It's not obnoxious, and makes a decent amount of power.
Talk with the shop doing your tuning too. Be brutally honest in what you want out of the cam and they might be able to point you in the right direction.

i have torq V2, as far as streetability goes it's ok i guess(car does not stall in stop light or bucking on low rpms, but IMO it's all in the tune), not so great mpg(14-16 mpg city), i'm planning to go with EPS cam somewhere around 226/230 later on down the road.

I got a 98 z28 a4 with similar mods not yet installed. I'm gonna have tsp lts 17/8 and their true duals with bullets, Slp lid, ported fast90/90, SSRA ram air and 160 degree thermostat. I'm hoping to have around 350rwhp when I get a tune
