I had my car dyno tuned & it only put down 400 at the wheels with the converter locked...it's a camaro with lq4 with l92 heads with a torquer v2 camshaft with a stock ls3 or l76 intake with factory injectors & they were at 90% duty cycle at around 13:1 AFR...that doesn't sound right at all does it??? also has an aeromotive 340 pump

is your fuel rail pressure 58 psi constant ?

It should be but i'm not sure...don't know much about these fuel injected cars

^ If the pump is stock or weak, it will jack your DC way out. Get a gauge and check it.

It's a brand new aeromotive 340

It's a brand new aeromotive 340

Could still be pressure issues. CHECK IT!

put a gauge on it today revved on it & it stayed a constant 60psi

Revving it won't show everything. Trust me, as I've just been down this road. Get a real world PSI reading. There may be 60 at idle and at rev, but when it needs the fuel during a 4th gear pull to redline, it may dip down to 50. You can do a 2nd gear pull to see where/if it falls.

Mine was 56 at idle and dropped to 45 at WOT = regulator and return system time. And I've got a RT 255 with the wire fix.

and have you replaced the filter recently? That concerns high volume fuel flow which can relate to a higher RPM pressure drop.

Are you talking about the fuel sock in the tank or an external fuel filter on the car???

^ The external one. The 340 should have come with a new one, so no worries there unless your tank is crudded up.
