Default Ram Chargers Timing Tuner

Is anyone using this timing tuner? If you are I have just a few questions. Once you activate the timing tuner is the red and green light suppose to be on? Second if you get your car tuned can you leave the advance settings at 0 and only use the retard fuction or do you have to advance the timing from the tuner in order to use the retard function? Any info on this would really help.

Thanks

I would like to know this as well.
On the Ramchargers website it describes 3 nitrous control features:
1) Timing retard (self-explanatory)
2) Activation control on RPM (window switch)
3) Activation delay (what is this?)
Is the activation delay an option where once you trip the WOT switch, it comes on after, say, 3 seconds?
What is the activation delay option?

Thanks

You nailed the activation delay right on the head. You can put small incremental delay in the nitrous. For instance, I have to use a timer on mine as well to dial the car in for index racing. If the car goes 9.8, put .1 delay into the box and run 9.9x or so. Works great.

As far as the actual Timing Tuner goes, I have no experience with it. You can call up Ramchargers for more specifics.

The red light is on when the n20 relay has been turned on and the rtd spark advance setting is active.

if the red and green lights are alternating then there is problems with the relay/wiring
hope this help
