I assume the rear is still in the car? 3+ft pipe and a hammer to drive it out from the opposite axle tube or pull the diff and get it out with a shorter piece. Hopefully the diff isn't galled, let us know how it turns out.
How'd you break it?
the housing is fine but the carrier and the carrier bearings are trash. I had to remove a lot of pieces from the axle housing and then used the old axle to push the broken piece into the carrier further. After that I just removed the carrier and replaced it with another one.

Why was this carrier different than the one I used to replace it? There were no clutches in it.
I have only seen them with clutches and spider gears that look totally different.

Can't see the pic you posted with the video but the one you posted above I believe is a zexel torsen posi, auburns have clutches. I've never worked on a torsen, so I'm not 100%, but that's what I think you had.

Since you don't have a 'sig' and you should have as that would allow us to answer your questions without having to guess what your car is and what mods it has.
99s' and later came with Torsen differentials.
98s' and earlier came with Auburn differentials.
Sounds like you used an Auburn to replace a Torsen.
Torsen parts are sellable, the 'paddle' block wih cross bolt, the end cap & bolts.
