1) make sure he has some sort of proof about the rebuilt motor, because with no paperwork its all hog wash and shouldn't affect price that much,
2) see if he has the original wheels he will sell it with or have him kock off an additional $1,000 and bring your own rims with you (good looking aftermarket rims from OEWheels will run roughly $600 a set, and will look so much better than the current wheels
3) Price is def high, id say 9k max for it

While a raptor hood, it is an older style that appeals to some, take that into account.
HID lights you can't really tell until you see them
It lists "good tires" but does say what brand or sizes
Drilled and slotted rotors are cosmetic only and actually less safe
I would estimate the clutch would need to be upgraded before long if you plan on modding
The FAST, cam and p/p job is unknown from the ad
From that alone I would say they are asking for about 5K over asking without something to back all the claims up

I looked at it last week, and he has most of the receipts. The only thing he's not too sure about it what heads and cam are on it, since the previous owner had it done when it was rebuilt. He does however have the proof for the rebuild and pretty much everything else

As opposed to the older squared nostril raptor.

The ad doesn't mention the mileage on the car. I doubts it has low mileage though since he mentions replacing tie rods and ball joints, which is usually an indication of higher mileage maintenance. I am sorry to say but if you want my honest opinion I feel the car is grossly overpriced at $13k, or even over $10k unless it has extremely low miles and is even questionable then, considering the unknowns with the mods. Its just a standard heads/cam car and those components are even unknown.. Keep in mind a modded car is usually worth less than a stock car..Good luck with whatever you decide on.

Body has 100k on it, but he re-did every single component on it. It has the weld-in subframe connectors, all new prothane bushings everywhere, aftermarket panrod bar, tower brace, sway bar, etc. Lol pretty much everything on there. It has a brand new eaton true-trac posi with 3.73 yukon gears in it also, and the rest of it was rebuilt too.
