Poor track prep and 1/4 mile times work 75 percent of the time. Of course, it's an outlaw track, so anything does go.
Here is what the track look like..

BigPapa. Yeah I know man. Thats the 1st track I ever ran. I know it well. The only diff between PH and Ennis track prep is I EXPECT PH to be shitty. Ennis is just shitty for no good reason. I could literally hook better(waaaaay better) on I45 when I left than that icerink.

Yup. Sadly, they can be compared. Like I said. I EXPECT PH to be low on traction. NOT Ennis. Out of the past 5 or 6 times Ive been there in the past 2 yrs its been a 50/50 on track condition. And that is when you can get a run in past the 200 crotchrockets that get in front of everyone constantly. Ennis wasnt like that 5yrs ago. Idk what yall did/didnt do, but it is not the same on Fast Fridays. And, yes, Street tires, now. With only 12 sec cars, hooking in THIRD should not be an issue.

Well I just took over Jan. of this year. The track should be hooking a little better. I wasn't out here a lot last year. However come out this friday and you will see the difference. This track has been a constant fight but now I think we have things sorted out. My name is Eric McClelland, Im over the competition. Street tires are very hard to get down any track, No matter where you go. I have worked at a couple tracks all across the nation, and they have the same issues with street tires. But, Like I said, come this friday and I will personally watch the runs and get you down the track.
