Default 9" questions....

Long story short I installed a 9" in my car back in February. It has been in and out a couple times.. The passenger end housing was bad and I had it replaced.. Then found the passenger axle was bent. Bought brand new strange 31 spline axles, installed them, 300 miles later I have a leak.. I pulled the pass axle and had the bearings/seal replaced(free of charge). Took it for a 5 mile ride, drivers side axle/housing luke warm, passenger side was HOT, couldn't even hold my hand on it. Took car back to shop, they checked axles, both were bad, sent back to strange and received replacements. Got car back today, drove it home, same issue.. Drivers side housing cool, passenger side HOT! I'm out of ideas on what to check.. My only thought is the end housing was not installed correctly as that is the side that gets hot.. Anyone have any ideas on where to go from here..

Is it possible that the caliper might be sticking? Outside chance I know.

Well I might have a bad, new, caliper..
100% a brake issue on the passenger side.. I put a couple lugs on the rotors, started the car and just let it idle in gear.. After only 1 minute or so I shut it off. Drivers side rotor ice cold, passenger side rotor warm... Both axles cold also.. New rotors(both sides), and a new caliper on passenger side.. My only guess is the brakes are not fully releasing on that side.. Now I just have to figure out why..

is your parking brake retracted fully on the rt side ?it could be a sticky caliper.remove the pads and press on the brakes ,but not too much as to not pop out the piston..press the piston in ,do this several times .

I'm back to I have no ******* clue.. It is not the brakes, fixed that issue. Ran the car on jackstands with the caliper and rotor off on the passenger side, bearing housing was hot within 5 minutes.. Axle looks dead on while spinning. I just don't understand the excessive heat in that bearing...

Lubrication? Maybe jack the drivers side slightly to ensure the bearing is being lubricated or add extra oil somehow? Is there any chance the race is spinning in the housing?
