Default Which gear oil

From what I understand if you have a Gorden differential you don't need the limited slip additive. How do I know which diff I have? Do I need to use synthetic, or non synthetic? Which oil weight? I have an 02 Ws6.

The torsen has several gears in the diff unit that you can easily see. If you can't see gears in the diff unit you should use LSD additive. Or you can use it anyway - it won't hurt the Torsen from what I've read

I just changed mine again after the 3.73 install with Lucas 85W-140. Its non synthetic. It says it already has an additive in it but who knows. I have a torsen also so I wouldnt need the additive anyway.
