Won't Turnover!! AGAIN!! (VATS Bypassed) EDIT: VIDEO!
My car has been sitting up for a while and last night I tried to start it, but the starter would just click one time as if the battery was dying then it made no noise. I tried boosting it off and nothing happened, then i took the battery to get it checked and it was fine and I got it charged. Well, this morning I put the battery in and there is still no sound other than hearing the relays click (like it did with VATS), but this time I noticed the dash lights were not coming on. The radio came on, the interior lights were on, but no dash lights at all. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Thanks.
I made a video of what it is doing:
If you litsen you can hear the relays clicking and fuel pump priming.

I'm having the same problem right now but mine did not happen until i plugged in my scanner tool. when i unplug the scanner tool, it acts like vats is on but when i plug it in the car will start..... i'm lost.

I'd be willing to bet it is the BCM. I was having a similar no start issue before my rebuild but with the security light in the dash coming on. Bought a new BCM and had it programmed at the dealer. No more issues. My friends mom's vette had the same problem. Again, a new BCM was the fix.
