Angry Won't Turnover!! AGAIN!! (VATS Bypassed) EDIT: VIDEO!

My car has been sitting up for a while and last night I tried to start it, but the starter would just click one time as if the battery was dying then it made no noise. I tried boosting it off and nothing happened, then i took the battery to get it checked and it was fine and I got it charged. Well, this morning I put the battery in and there is still no sound other than hearing the relays click (like it did with VATS), but this time I noticed the dash lights were not coming on. The radio came on, the interior lights were on, but no dash lights at all. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Thanks.

I made a video of what it is doing:
If you litsen you can hear the relays clicking and fuel pump priming.

Is the fuel pump priming? Does the speakers chime when you turn the key to ON and have the doors open? I was having some issues with my BCM in my last car and I'd bang underneath the glove box and it would fix it. Maybe give that a try.

I'd be willing to bet it is the BCM. I was having a similar no start issue before my rebuild but with the security light in the dash coming on. Bought a new BCM and had it programmed at the dealer. No more issues. My friends mom's vette had the same problem. Again, a new BCM was the fix.

Could it be your ignition switch?

Does the security light come on and stay on when you try to start it?

Edit: Never mind, I just saw your video.

When my ign switch went, i could start the car by holding the key slightly forward in the ignition cylinder and turning it forward to the start position several times rapidly, if i let the key roll back after it started, it would die

mesterious i looked at the video and you sure you don't have a loose starter wire?, you may want to wiggle some wires and see what it does.

The power wire is definitely loose. I will fix it and report back.

When you turn your key all the way on , do all of your accessiories work, blinkers, a/c blower etc?

All that stuff goes through the ign switch

have you checked the ignition fuse under the hood, swap it out with one of the fan relay and see what it does.

They all work, unfortunately.

Yes, all fuses are good.

I'm guessing it's gonna end up being the BCM??
