This came off GTOworshipper's car. I have not used it. It's in good condition, I would love to run it. I just need the money. I am leaving town early tomorrow morning until Thursday, so this would get shipped Friday.

Does it have anti-ballooning plates? How many miles are on it? And is it a tight or loose 4k?

It is whatever the srls series has. Which yes has the anti ballooning plates. It is a tight converter.
