Mustang or Camaro
Looking at doing a street/strip setup with a lq9/th400. Which option should I go with?
97 Mustang GT
Already has a 8.8" rear, very light but needs much more for the swap, poor coilover options.
1999 Camaro V6
Has ls1 parts, just needs steering rack and pcm/engine harness, but has the 10 bolt and will weigh more. Better suspension imo.
Mustang is a $1000 cheaper.

when you start to get into modding the suspension to keep up with the motor.....its going to be drastically cheaper to do the mustang
the 99 v6 camaro isnt really anything special...
and you actually have a lot better options for suspension on a mustang....
theres a reason I am in the process of switching from my camaro over to a mustang...
