Deck height and valve lift
With .588 lift on the cam and 1.85:1 rocker arm lift cause the valves with stock deck height to hit the pistons? 2002 LS1 engine

Durations and LSA/ICL is as (if not more) important as lift is. We need all the cam specs, head specs, etc!

So you're looking to run 1.08 inches of lift at the valve. I think you have your terminology mixed up.
Your cam will have .347 of lobe lift. With standard 1.7 ratio rockers you net .588 inches of lift. With 1.85 inch rockers your lift at the valve will be .641. That being said, lift has almost nothing to do with piston to valve interference since max lift occurs when the piston is near bottom dead center. Overlap is the factor you need to take into consideration. For that, you need to post accurate durations and lsa. It's always best to clay the engine.
