Default 1971 Plymouth Barracuda correction

A long time client requested that I give his Cuda a thorough going-over after he finished the restoration on it. The 440 decals on the side are not indicative of what resides under the hood....a 500+ cubic inch monster that shakes the ground at idle. An amazing muscle car that is always nice to work on. The paint shop did a great job with the car and there were only minimal swirls to deal with. LSP was 2 coats of Zaino Z2pro.

Lettering on the tires restored

Old wax removed

Before...

After correction...

Awesome car! and good job! At first the title annoyed me at first, but I saw that you said Cuda in your post. If it was a barracuda it would not have fender gills we have a 71 383 'Cuda, I don't mean to thread jack, but I love 'Cudas

Amazing! The thing that kills me about restorations like that is the fact that it's probably nicer now than it ever was, even new.

nice car. not meaning to bash it but if he wants it to look correct on the outside the trim rings came brushed on plymouths and polished on dodges. also the 71 years had dark argent paint on grille and the center caps in wheels. again not being an *** just useful info if he didnt know

He wasn't going for an all-original look as the car was not originally a 440 and also has a 500+ cu in motor too. He had it restored/built to the way he wanted it.
