Knock Retard?
What's the AFR during the dip?
Can you run a test light on the relay during a pull and have someone watch it to make sure the kit is staying on during the entire pull?
Looks like a bad ground to me causing an intermittent issue with the nitrous cutting on or off.
I would think if it was a tune issue the power wouldn't come back strong like it does and would continue to trail off. Looks like the nitrous cuts off and then back on. Notice how power doesn't fall below N/A power, it falls right to it just like it's cutting off and then back on.

FPSS is shutting the system off im betting... try bypassing it, with the larger shot it may be tripping the switch and cutting off mid run notice how the hp and tq never drop below the base run.

I didn't look at your diagram, but if your nitrous relay cut off then back on quickly I'm guessing your progressive and LNC would of reverted back to acting like no nitrous was turned on correct and you said that the progressive and LNC both were without a hiccup correct?

The noids come right back up at 4700rpm and are fine for the rest for the run. I think the noid is fine. The off and on seems too consistent to be a random short or wiring. My gut tells me it's the controller. Either something in the config or internal. Remove it from the equation and fire the noids (both fuel and N2O) manually on a pull and I bet that dip is gone.
