a friend of a friend who is pcsing offered me his 98 camaro for $2500 ofcourse i jump on it he didnt kno much about it other than it was fast! so i check it out inside is spotless clean as hell he said when he got it they put a 02 ws6 engine in it with 20k he says its at 29k now i open the hood and see corvette overs?? and some wierd looking switch?? it sounds like it is a ****** monster looks like long tube pace setters cuz they go all the way down then turn into a 4 2 1 its h piped and pulls hard as hell has a 2400 stall in it then i discovered a tciauto sticker on the back glass? looked it up they do hi performance tranys im lookin to see if yall can tell me more about it just by looking at a few pics and what this lil box is thx

That's a high amperage breaker, most likely for alternator or stereo.. Follow the wiring.. That cars dirty !!! Clean it.. Stickers ate probably from the stall.. Enjoy your new car!

another question is when i punch it it will go all the way to red and tach out but wont shift then when i let off it shifts???

It probably needs a tune for the converter,the PCM notices too much slip and protects the trans from damage by not letting it shift.

That baby need a detail! Lol if that car is your project it will keep you busy during your free time car could have issues in the future for sure, engine is real dirty

Looks like a good deal to me. Just take some quarters and pressure wash the engine bay and body. Those Vette covers will fit any LS1.

lol yes its dirty its funny cuz if u see the inside its like the total opposite! but ima try a new vss first and see if thats the case...and ill clean the engine!

ok so i picked up a new vss got home and jacked it up and the vss was barely in the damn hole!!! and the bolt was only 3 turns in! put in the new 1 and voila car pulls like a damn beast and shifts hard to break loose in 2-3-4

so i cleaned the engine bay and saw the guy in my neighborhood with a z28 and asked him if he would check out my car he says i have a ls6 motor with mid tubes borla exhaust he thinks the stall is higher than the 2400 i said..its been lowered 2'' has traction bars he was saying i got a really great deal he took it for a drive and estimated 370-380 hp guess ill be sending my pcm to frost to get ready for nitrous..tr6 install is guna be a bi**h
