anyone going to the australian V8 supercar thing in austin in may 2013?

This seems like something really bad *** to go see at that new Circuit of the Americas in Austin. looks like a bunch of commodores and falcons beating up on each other.

it goes on May 17, 18, 19, 2013.

i can't find any info on the 5.0L they use in the holdens. is it an LS type or an old SBC?

Interesting to watch that video and see where the track was at when they did it. How is it that Austin can build a world class racing facility in a year but I am STILL waiting for the flyover at 290/71 and MOPAC?
