Acura RDX vs Cobalt ss/tc
So I'm on the road today with the racecar. Rdx for those that don't know a racecar when you see one. I come across this 4 door neon looking thing. Turns out it was a cobalt SS with one of them turbo thingys. Well we line up from about a 30 role but before we honk it off he looks at me like "you mad bro" and I'm all like 'I got this bitch like a rapist in a dead end alley' and mouth "Paddle shifters bitch!" to him. Well I stick the shifter in rape mode (sport mode for the newbs), paddle shift my way to 2nd and turn the VDC off. I look over with a smirk like I got your card punk. He honks it off and we both go. I'm spinning all 4 wheels due to my sh-awd (short for Super Horsepower All Wheel Drive) while he dead hooks it and gets some lengths. No worry, my twin scroll turbo begins to apin and I start pulling him back when all of a sudden my cars GPS says I'm at critical velocity and intervenes as I may go into a coma from rapid velocity. You win this time cobalt, but next time im turning off my nannies and coming at you hard bro.
Cliffs:
RDX - stock with a new battery
Cobalt- downpipe, muffler delete, hptuners tune, and 93 octane
cobalt walked my *** like I was standing still. thought I'd make it colorful at least.

Hi,
Im the owner of the Cobalt.
I stopped at the owners house to help (ok ok watch) him install a "beefy" trans and huge turbo. I was prob more in the way as we made fun of well know person named after a tasty calcium rich beverage.
Anwho.....i was MMOB when this eveil sounding suv pulled up along side and was egging me on all wooshy wooshy, so i dropped her (like its hot) in 2nd hoping I had a chance. 40 degress. 900hp. Fwd. This could be bad.
But the cobalt strikes again!
Will, that was some funny *** ****

My wife drives an RDX daily. Love the thing, but its a women's car! And when the heck did you "spin" the tires? That thing would have to have 2 times the power to spin all 4 wheels! It's a 3900lb, 240hp, 260ft/lb ride, it wouldn't break traction unless you boost braked in a monsoon!

That sounds like the most un-exilerating drag race ever

[QUOTE=willizm;16967339]I think I'd have the flip it upside down to spin the tires it's my girlfriends car and I replaced the battery as the thing was struggling to hold a charge. I like it, but it is a total chick car.
It's quick for a SUV, and a great DD! Yeah, expect that battery thing, we've had ours 2 years and burned through 2 batteries!
