Default flywheel choice

Need advice for what flywheel would be best right now i have aluminum flywheel im wondering if i should do the iron flywheel instead if im boosting your guys thoughts on this could help me out alot thanks

Any benefits of aluminum in a boosted setup. I know on imports it is common for quicker spool times. Not sure about the V8s.

I prefer steel. Just seems easier to drive the car with an aggressive clutch with a heavier flywheel.

i will advice you to go with the steel one because the f-body is a heavy car compared to others so you can get better 60' times.

One good question that is important is how do you plan on using this car? DD, track, drag?
