I stated it had a base tune. It was tuned by someone local (Mike Barnes) who I highly doubt you would know. There was no need to be snide, I didn't think it would matter if I gave you a name or not since you wouldn't know them. It WILL need a dyno tune. I hate that who tuned it would keep you from buying a great project at a great price.
