Long story short my engine ran great no issues on old bottom end , That engine spun a bearing so went ahead picked up a rebuilt bottom end and put all my top end off old and on to new . Now when i sit at idol it runs very rich so bad i know its washing the cylinders down once its going in traffic no issues just seems to be at idol , what would cause this just swapping stuff over ? any help or ideas are welcome thanks

Is the vacuum to the regulator hooked up right and the regulator working properly?

I know of a b-body parts vendor who ruined a stoker by driving it with the vacuum disconnected from the regulator.

Please just tell him it's the crappy mail order tune that he has in it. dyno tune is the only way to go!

After the problems I had with pcmforless I would agree it is easy to assume that is the problem EXCEPT he said it had run fine and did not mention a reprogram with the 355 shortblock.

I will disagree on the dyno tune thing though,my car is mailorder tuned, just need a good tuner and to give him good feedback.
