Default Trouble selling 99 TA

Here's a link to my TA that's for sale that's taking longer to sell than I expected. I don't know if its the economy or what but every ls1 f body I've sold before went pretty quick. I think I've got it fairly priced but maybe I'm wrong.

Lmk what you think

Anything over 10 years is hard to sell since most banks won't loan past that.
You're selling to people with above average credit or cash on hand.. Which a lot of times those people are looking at more expensive rides or cheaper for no debt.

Imo you are looking at 7k for the car.. I might see 7500 but not much more than that being a 99 with 100k+, just the way people see it.

Well I priced it to let someone talk me down, you know the game, but was hoping to hold out and get at least kbb for a stock car.

I've got an almost stock 02 ws6 m6 with 48k that's going to be up for sale on autotrader this weekend. Hopefully won have to lose my *** on that one as well. I'm probably going to have to let it go pretty cheap. Im about to move to Ohio and I've still got 3 vehicles and possibly a bike to sell.

It was just the wrong time of year plus the 'fiscal cliff' had people worrying about their taxes going up. This affected every single worker from part-time minimum wage and up. Now that the holidays are over and the economy is not as much a worry as in the past few months, you should be fine.
Your ad is very well done and if you really need the car sold faster, get the price under that psychological barrier of large even numbers. $7,900 should do it. GLWS!!

I'm selling stuff on Cragslist at the moment like crazy in the under $200 arena. I think people have some money from the holidays and are looking to buy. I don't know about big purchases, though. I posted stuff up yesterday, and had responses in under an hour on 2 items.
